FORCE PERFORMANCE
Empowering performers to build strength, prevent injury, fuel themselves for performance and create longevity.
Empowering Dancers to Reach Their Full Potential
At Force Performance, we believe every dancer deserves to feel strong, confident, and capable in their body. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the art of dance and the science of athletic performance — empowering dancers to move, perform, and recover like the elite athletes they are.
Through evidence-based strength and conditioning, personalised nutrition, and mindset coaching, we help dancers build both physical and mental resilience. We’re here to help you develop lasting strength and confidence — so you can continue dancing at your best for years to come.
Empowerment, to us, means education. We teach dancers to understand their bodies on a deeper level, enabling them to perform at their peak, prevent injuries, and thrive both physically and mentally — on stage, in class, and beyond.

Mollie Zacharchuk
Qualified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist
Based in Melbourne, Mollie Zacharchuk has been immersed in the dance world since the age of 3. Her passion for movement and performance grew through years of training and involvement in musical theatre, leading her to study full-time at Patrick School of the Arts Academy and later at ShowFit.

During the Covid lockdowns, Mollie shifted her focus toward recovery and rediscovering a healthier relationship with movement after struggling with an eating disorder. This experience inspired her to complete her Certificate III & IV in Fitness, where she developed a passion for strength training and recognised the lack of education around nutrition and conditioning within the dance industry.

In 2021, Mollie founded Force Performance to bridge that gap — helping dancers build strength, fuel their bodies properly, and create longevity in their careers. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of recreational, pre-professional, and professional performers across Australia, including cast members from Wicked, Frozen, In The Heights, American Psycho, major cruise lines, as well as students from Patrick School of the Arts, Transit Dance, Ministry of Dance, Dance Force, and Spectrum Dance.

With first-hand experience as both a dancer and coach, Mollie is dedicated to empowering performers through education, strength, and sustainable performance practices.
